• GDC Registration Number
• Details of any transactions between you and us in a Business context
• any information within correspondence you send to us
• Your IP address
• Cookie/Pixels/Beacon information
We can confirm that we hold the following data as a Data Processor:
• Patients Names/Addresses (where supplied)
• Patients Reference number, DOB and sex (where supplied)
We have recently reviewed our procedures to ensure that the risks of data breaches are minimised. We have also taken independent advice to ensure that our Data Protection Policy is compliant under the new legislation.
